House Rules

Must be 25 or older to book. Please leave the house as you found it and use coasters. Please don't move furniture around, as our antique floors can be sensitive. Please treat our house as your own, as it is historic and we'd like to keep it in great shape for many years to come. We have off-street parking in the garage, but if you need to park on the street on weekdays you will need a permit, which you may borrow from the house to display on your dashboard. Please be sure to leave them at check-out. Because the City will not reissue any new parking passes, if you lose or leave with a parking pass, there will a $250 fee collected for each pass missing. If you have 4 or more guests, confirm if the bedroom layout works for your group. The side bedroom is connected directly to the primary bedroom. If any guests will be visiting during your stay, please alert us. No parties or pets are allowed.

The house was in a very nice neighborhood and was furnished with beautiful antiques and felt very comfortable and clean. We loved sitting outside on the porch. The home was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe and comfortable. The location was very awesome we walked to dinner at night and to breakfast in the morning. We come to Galveston twice a year and hope to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us
