House Rules
We are limiting the number of overnight adult guests to 6. The top bunks in the bunk room are only suitable for children. Our neighbors have our contact information and will contact us for noise complaints. We have a strict no-party policy and community-wide quiet time starting at 10PM enforced by th Property Owners Association and City of Galveston Police Department.

The beach is an easy 2 minute walk down our quiet street. The community pool is a quick 1 minute drive from the property. Alternatively, there is a tunnel underneath the main road where you can ride your bike or a rented golf cart to the community pool. The main attractions in Galveston are only a 20-35 minute drive from the property. San Luis Pass, a local fishing destination, is a 5 minute drive.
