The back neighbor is a very nice man who lives by himself. When I stay at the Surf Shack I try to remember to shut off the porch lights and patio lights as a courtesy, please try to remember and do this as well. Also, I have a garden hose by the gate into the side yard for easy rinse down from the beach or a day of fishing! Fees are $100 per dog up to 2 dogs maximum. ****Dog(s) must NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED in property (STRICTLY ENFORCED)*** If your pup is crate trained and can rest quietly, you may bring your crate and leave them for a short dinner outing. We have great neighbors and want to keep noise down at all times to respect their peace. Responsible dog owners help us keep our properties dog friendly for you to enjoy! Be sure to pick up after your dog, any evidence of not picking up after your dogs' waste will result in loss of security deposit.   AGE REQUIREMENT - All reserving guests must be 25 years or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents or an adult over 25. Infants count towards the total number of guests. Additional unregistered guests will result in the entire party being asked to leave and Renter will lose entire reservation charges and security deposit as well as a $100 fine per unregistered guest per day. Cancellation policies are found on your reserving platform (AirBNB, VRBO, etc.) DAMAGE - We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should anything break (large or small) please let us know immediately - you have a damage protection plan that comes with your rental. Guest is liable for any and all damage to the physical property and contents or loss/missing property(items) and agrees to charges against security deposit for said damages and missing property and any additional costs exceeding security deposit as well. PROPERTY CARE - We want you to have a fun time during your visit! However, caring for someone's property is important to all of us. Our cleaners are vacation market specialists so they are accustomed to ordinary check out conditions, however they will notify us regarding an excessively messy and dirty property after guest check outs, so we want you to be aware of the possibility of any additional fees.
