This fee covers your on-site parking, wifi access, and access to the amenities at the complex for 14 days. The use of the bunk beds is at the guests own risk. TV REMOTES - There is a remote for the living room and bedroom. If a remote is removed there is a $25 fee for replacement. When leaving the condo put the ac thermostat on 80. Never set the AC below 70 or the AC unit may freeze up. Upon check out - put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start dishwasher, put all trash in receptacles, leave beds unmade, place dirty towels in bathtub and set ac to 80. After visiting beach please rinse all sand off at shower by pool.
