We would prefer you to use the garbage can to dispose of any/all food items. *If you have to use the garbage disposal -- it pushes on and off 1 time each while running water.. thank you. **The guest booking and reserving the "Pearl" MUST be at least 25 years of age. You must also stay there during the reservation. NO BOOKING FOR UNDERAGE GUESTS. We strongly adhere to this policy. Thank you kindly.** Absloutely NO SMOKING inside the home. No exceptions. NO Prom, Homecoming, Large parties or events w/persons under 25 yrs old. are allowed at the Pearl O' the Sea. Again, this is a strict rule that our neighbors and HOA will additionally not tolerate. SAFETY ALWAYS when using the grill and firepit. Wood logs and charcoal/light fluid can be purchased a mile down the road at Dollar General. **Fireworks are allowed on the beach during the holiday but NOT on our premises.
