1. No charcoal or gas grills or any open flames on decks on beneath house. 2. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. 3. No smoking or vaping inside house. 4. Not available to large groups/events (prom, graduation, bachelor/bachelorette parties) vacationing students, singles under 25 yrs unless accompanied by adult guardian or parent. 5. It is expressly stated that you are responsible for your own safety and that of your children and any guests. Neither the Owner, nor the management company, nor any booking agent can accept responsibility whatsoever should an accident occur at this property. Infant/child equipment provided should be used at your own risk. Bikes and kayaks provided should be used at your own risk. Management and/or owners are not responsible for checking safety and/or recalls of the equipment and makes no warranties as to same. 6. Quiet time hours are enforced by local law enforcement. Be considerate of neighbors who are year round residents. Quiet after 10 pm. 7. Security/damage deposit of $500 is required to book the property. It is not applied toward rent and can be fully refundable withn 45 days of departure, provided no damage is done to the property or contents, no damaged or missing linens, keys are returned to lockbox and house locked, guest has not been evicted (by owner, representative or local law enforcement), no pets were in the house and check in/our times were honored. 8. Payment in full required for entry. 9. Read cancellation policies. Maximum occupancy is 10. 10. There is no daily maid service or linen/towel exchange. Bring your own beach towels. Towels provided are strictly for use inside the house. Towels provided are not "clean up" towels, nor are they make up remover rags/towels. Bring "clean up" towels. 11. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of payments, damage/security deposit, rental fees, cleaning fees and any taxes paid. Guest(s) will not be permitted to check in or will be evicted. 12. Rates are subject to change without notice. 13. No refunds for hurricanes or named storms unless the national weather service orders a mandatory evacuation for Galveston. 14. Travel insurance can be purchased from insuremytrip dot com. THIS IS A PRIVATE HOME. OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESSES THAT OCCUR WHILE ON THE PREMISES, MARINA, ITS FACILITIES. OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR VALUABLES. BY ACCEPTING THIS RESERVATION, IT IS AGREED THAT ALL GUESTS EXPRESSLY ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY HARM ARISING FROM THE USE OF PREMISES. DAY GUESTS CANNOT BE INVITED TO THE PROPERTY WITHOUT THE WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION OF OWNERS. I/WE UNDERSTAND ALL RENTAL MONIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION POLICIES. I HAVE READ MY RIGHT TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE. BY ACCEPTING THE RESERVATION, I AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
