House Rules
*** PLEASE STAY OFF NEIGHBOR’S PROPERTY and DOCK. They have cameras and will alert us if people are trespassing. Also, please don’t fish the Green Lights that are in front of neighboring houses in the canal. If you hook their light and it is dragged off , we will have to charge a $100 reset fee to the persons renting our Bayhouse because they neighbors will bill us. Please clean out the fridge, and throw away all trash. Trash cans are provided out front of the house. Make sure all dishes are clean and put away. If you use the BBQ pit, please clean it out and make sure it’s not hot when putting the cover back on it. Please make sure all outdoor chairs, and catamarans are put up on the concrete and secured. Checkout time is 11:00am. No smoking is allowed. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed. Must be 25 years old to book, and the person booking must be there staying.
